Jamie was recommended to us following a botched double glazing installation contract. Jamie proved a constructive and supportive sounding board to resolve the situation. This required a new resource consent, the removal of the plaster cladding, selection of new cladding and reinstallation of the new double glazing units. Half way through this work significant water leaking damage was uncovered resulting in the demolition of a significant portion of our two storey dwelling. Throughout this period Jamie provided excellent practical problem solving skills, ensuring all the paperwork was completed plus going the extra mile to deliver a high quality finish. His staff were skilled and focused on getting this complex job completed. Jamie is a highly competent builder who delivers and takes pride in his work.
